In this context, the commitment level of our customers, the Armed Forces, requires to maintain activities and your contribution is essential.

Consequently, we would like to thank all of our suppliers and their subcontractors for the past and continuing efforts in the coming months.

In order to support this substantial and sustained effort of our suppliers ecosystem, Nexter group undertakes to insure payment continuity for the suppliers whose business continuity is participating and building Nexter’s own activity.

As labeled Supplier Relationships and responsible Purchasing, a member of the SME Pact and a signatory of ACTION PME’s convention with the Ministry of the Armed Forces, Nexter is implementing several actions:

  1. Continuity of payment

To this end, during containment, Nexter asks you to send your PDF invoices, by mail and also by email to this address: nextercomptabilitefournisseurs@nexter-group.fr.

This email address must be used for any information request concerning invoice processing, apart from the personal email addresses of your usual Accounting Manager.

Once again, we thank you for all that has been achieved so far and for all the challenges that we will face together in the coming months.

 

  1. Maintaining purchasing references

The Purchasing and Procurement continuity is insured in the whole group. Orders are received, receptions of our sites are working and your usual interfaces (Purchasing and Procurement) remain your operational points of contact.
